Summary

Amends the:

Australian Film, Television and Radio School Act 1973
to allow the Australian Film, Television and Radio School to decide which degrees, diplomas and certificates it awards; and
Australian National Maritime Museum Act 1990
to: allow the Governor-General to delegate to the Australian National Maritime Museum the power to fix entry charges; and clarify the Museum’s power to fix entry charges for special exhibitions and events.
